Since our garments are often handcrafted to order, domestic shipping within India typically takes 10-15 business days, while international orders may take 15-20 business days.
Do you offer customization or bespoke alterations?
We offer minor size alterations on select silhouettes. For bespoke requests or specific measurements, please contact our concierge team at support@rawmango.com before placing your order.
What is your return and exchange policy?
As our products are made with delicate hand-woven fabrics, we do not offer returns. However, we accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging.
How should I care for my Raw Mango silk and hand-loomed products?
We recommend professional dry cleaning only for all our textiles. Store your sarees and garments in a cool, dry place wrapped in muslin cloth to preserve the zari and natural fibers.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and custom duties are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.
Are the colors on the website accurate to the actual product?
We strive to display our colors as accurately as possible; however, due to the hand-dyed nature of our textiles and variations in digital screens, slight differences in shade may occur.
