At Raw Mango, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our hand-woven textiles and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer exchanges or store credit for items returned in their original, unworn condition within 7 days of delivery.
Initiate Request
Contact our concierge team via email or our dedicated portal within 48 hours of receiving your order to notify us of your intent to return or exchange.
Quality Inspection
Ensure the garment is folded in its original muslin bag with all authentic handloom tags attached; our team will review your request to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Secure Pickup
Once approved, we will coordinate a secure courier pickup from your address, or provide instructions for international shipping back to our design studio.
Resolution
Upon receiving and verifying the textile's integrity, we will issue a store credit valid for one year or dispatch your replacement choice within 7-10 business days.
