RENWAL

Originally a turban craft rooted in the celebration of monsoon, Laheriya is a tie-dye tradition from Rajasthan. The animation inherent in dyed stripes results in a sense of movement akin to rainfall.

'Pachranga' is a Laheriya striped pattern composed of five colors. It is scaled up to create the 'Renwal' sari, which features distinct sections of indigo, maroon and rani pink separated by white stripes. This sari is reversible and either end of the textile can form the palla.

This textile may reflect natural variations within yarn, color, weave and/or embroidery.

The sari is paired here with the 'Apara' maroon and the 'Anokhi' purple blouse.
